This place was AMAZING! Best breakfast ever! The gal who sat us didn't seem very knowledgeable about what was GF on the menu (she she suggested potatoes that were made in a shared fryer) but the gentleman working the bar came over to give us drinks and we asked him. He listed multiple options and offered to make accommodations in the kitchen due to Celiac... for example, bake the potatoes separate and talk with chef personally. No reaction at all with the herb and cheese omlet, bacon or potatoes. Tasted amazing!

Celiac safe. Highly skilled chef. The food here is top quality, locally sourced, with a creative menu. I dined with a group of 9 and we had the Chefs Tasting Menu, with far more than the $50 price. The chef made everything gluten-free. Probably the best meal I've ever eaten.
