The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. While the menu offered a variety of gluten-free options, it's important to note that cross-contact could still occur since everything is prepared in the same kitchen. If you're gluten-sensitive or have celiac disease, be sure to inform your server, and they’ll guide you through the steps they can take to minimize any risk. For example, if you order a pizza, they can cook it in a separate pan since all pizzas are baked in a wood-burning stove. The restaurant is on the pricier side, but overall, I had a wonderful experience.
Lots of options for gluten free, not specifically celiac tho…. Eg) a pizza that was labeled gf still had to have items taken off when I told them I was celiac as they couldn’t confirm it was actually gluten free. The server was kind and accommodating tho. The pizza crust was alright not the best, not the worst. If I was back in the area I’d try again with one of their other dishes. Worth a visit
Lots of gluten friendly options on the menu, not every item can be made celiac friendly. That being said, they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination risks and do a great job! They do not have a dedicated fryer. Gluten free pizzas are baked in a separate oven away from regular pizzas.
