Finngians has always been as accommodating as possible when I tell them about my gluten allergy. They always explain that they have “gluten friendly” options but nothing is guaranteed since they don’t have a separate prep space or a fryer. It is definitely eat at your own risk but all my servers have been knowledgeable and helpful.

Putting “gluten friendly” next to an item is a hoax. Just because fries are potatoes doesn’t mean they aren’t cross contaminated when they’re fried. They have gluten free bread options, but it’s sketchy to deem something gluten friendly without being face value about true gluten friendly. At least they’re honest when you ask them about it.

sooo I love this place its awesome and they are super nice and lovely but... if you are a super sensitive celiac you cannot eat the food, their kitchen is too small to keep from contamination. I played it super safe and still got very sick. makes me sad.. drinks are fine but no to food if you are just gluten sensitive and not celiac great place and very accommodating.

Love all their gluten free soups. GF here means gluten free friendly and you have to state you need the meal to be gluten free. Staff are helpful and accommodating. I had one staff bring me the labels so I could double check everything. Staff have been fantastic!!

Went here today based on reviews here. My son cannot have gluten or dairy. The server was very upfront telling us that they have a small kitchen and really can't control cross contamination. "GF on the menu is gluten friendly, not gluten free." He said that the grill and cutting surfaces are all used with wheat and dairy. My son was able to eat a side of fruit and a piece of gluten free bread w/o butter. They did, however, first toast the bread in what I assume was not a gluten free, dairy free toaster. We thanked the server for being up front and honest with us.

A great find, they helped so much with my sons and my own meal decisions. The corned beef was divine and the waiter effortlessly switched my mash (dairy intolerant and gluten intolerant family) for fresh veg and cabbage. It was well worth the visit. My husband and daughter also enjoyed their meals.

Very pleasantly surprised! I was able to eat with NO allergic reaction (this is a feat). Be careful because the "GF" beside selections on the menu is "a gluten free option" so make sure to tell the waiter that you want the GF item. They even brought my food out separately from my friends' plates so they wouldn't contaminate mine :-D The BBQ brisket is fabulous!!!

Large menu with GF clearly marked. Waitress seemed very knowledgable about cross contamination. I ordered the burger and fries- it was delicious! They have a lot of options and a fun pub environment! Recommend!
