I called ahead, and they said they were careful, but couldn't gaurantee no gluten. I asked about their dedicated frier, and they said they don't have it anymore because they couldn't keep track of what had been fried in it! So if they can't keep gluten out of a dedicated frier, how are they going to keep track of my order, or keep track of where the GF areas are? So I decided not to go.
