I ordered a supreme pizza on gluten free crust. The toppings were great and i ordered without cheese which i didn't miss. I did feel bloated afterwards but failed to ask if they cooked it separately from other gluten pizzas. I'd caution those of us with Celiacs. It may not be a safe place to get pizza

They couldn’t promise that cross contamination wouldn’t happen, said it wasn’t safe for celiacs. Other the pizza was good though but was sad that the staff seemed unfamiliar with safety procedures

— Good

The best gluten free pizza!!! They do cook everything in a single brick oven but I watched them make my pizza and they take all of the extra precautions - change gloves, use separate cutting boards, etc. I’ve eaten here many times and had no issues.

Best gluten free pizza crust I’ve had! I had to ask the server to make sure it was because it was so soft and delicious. I’m use to crispy cracker like pizza crust and so it was so nice to have a soft and chewy gluten free crust! Yum! They can make any pizza with gluten free crust. Highly recommend the baked potato pizza on gluten free crust!

We were actually visiting 12West Brewery, but they serve food from Fire and Brimstone. Had the gluten free pizza and gluten free meatballs with polenta. No issues after eating there. Food was outstanding!

They use a single wood fire oven but the gf pizza is put on a cooking tray so it doesn’t touch the surface. The woman I spoke with seemed helpful and knowledgeable about gf precautions.
