Review of Fire & Oak

I had seen the reviews here and did not feel safe eating here. Once I told our server that I wasn't comfortable she reassured me that one of the other servers has celiac and eats here all the time. She pointed out everything on the menu that was safe and explained why others were not. The manager even came over to tell me he wasnt 100% certain that someone hadn't fried something with gluten. Got the ribs and Cole slaw. Very good
