Fire & Rice’s new menu is amazing, and they have a ton of celiac safe options. They use gluten free ingredients, and list which items on their menu contain gluten (which is delightfully not that many considering it’s a Japanese style restaurant). They cook on confection plates and use different pans for every dish, so there’s no risk of cross contamination. I have Celiac, and have eaten multiple times there and never been sick. Their staff are also very knowledgeable. The food is also DELICIOUS! Highly recommend checking them out.
