Review of Fire Thyme Kitchen + Bar

This is a gem of a restaurant! I was so excited to try this place upon hearing that they have a dedicated gf fryer. My boyfriend and I were only in town for two nights and are so grateful we found this place. There is not much where near we live that has this comprehensive of a gluten free menu.

We had the F Bombs as an appetizer, and shared a burger and turkey wrap. All the food was delicious, non inflammatory and most importantly GLUTEN FREE! Every staff member we spoke to was aware of what gluten is, measures taken to prevent cross contamination, etc. They even had various gf dessert options. 11/10.
