Review of Fire Works Pizza

Great pizza! Waitress immediately knew what Celiac was, guided me through the options on the menu. They have a dedicated frier for their bacon fat fried fries and best of all they have a gf cookie dough sundae—a scoop of ice cream on a half baked, fresh from the oven, bowl of cookie. My non gf boyfriend and I ended up ordering the same type of pizza and the same dessert which always worries me—I’m afraid they’ll get confused about which is which— but that was a non-issue, they use different shaped dishes to distinguish the GF from the regular. They do upcharge for gluten free I got a small pizza, a coke and the cookie dough sundae and it cost me about $35 with tip. Not something I’ll do a lot, but a great treat.
