The restaurant has a gluten free menu with prices on it, and they have several procedures in place to minimize risk of gluten contamination. First, the manager will come to the table and talk to you. He told us the only items on the gf menu are the ones that require no alterations, so I should ask about anything on the menu because sometimes accommodations can be made (e.g. Cesar Salad without croutons). The manager alerts the kitchen staff so any dishes will be made with fresh utensils and gloves. Finally, a manager or the chef will take the order to your table. That put my mind at ease. And the food was excellent! We had the seared Ahi tuna as an entree. They left off the spicy mustard, which contains flour, and gave us gf honey mustard instead. I ordered a very filling salad off the gf menu. I even ordered the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. You won't want to share, but you probably should!
