I got the ribs. The taste was amazing!! We got sat by the kitchen so I could watch. Thankfully I did. One of the cooks ended up moving my ribs from one plate to another which is fine but he didn’t change his gloves after handling gluten. I also watched the kitchen manager wipe down plates with the same towel on several plates including ones with gluten. When the restaurant manager delivered the remade ribs, I told him that wiping plates with the same rag can cause cross contamination issues. He didn’t seem to understand. Just said that any plates that are marked with allergy are handled differently…. My waiter did not mark mine as allergy even after having a conversation about it.
