The utmost care was taken with making sandwich, the staff fully appreciated the care in making my food. One of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. I need to find out more about the bread they used.

Traveling through, we were excited to see several gluten safe options in Gunnison.

Staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We specified that I have a tree nut allergy and he is Celiac. Woman at the counter knew off the top of her head what was safe for each of us.

Sandwiches were tasty and filling. Haven't eaten the cookies yet (way too full!) but they look amazing and are huge.

Check hours before you go; they appear to be breakfast and lunch focused.

The best Gluten-free sandwich I've ever had. The bread was so good I asked twice if Gluten-free. The meats and sauces are savory. I did even have a tummy rumble. I'll be back for sure in the future.
