Review of Fired Pie

The employees working had regular pizza dough sitting on trays over all of the toppings, creating many opportunities for cross-contamination. I had to remind each person to change their gloves more than once. After having the first pizza thrown out because someone grabbed it bare-handed and without washing their hands first, the crust guy stopped working with a ball of regular dough and pulled another GF crust out of the bag with the same gloves on, little bits of wheat dough stuck all over them and contaminating their whole supply.
