Special shout out to Scott (the owner of Firehawk Brewpub). We had an exceptional experience at this restaurant, thanks to the Scott's extraordinary efforts. He went above and beyond by personally meeting with us to identify gluten-free options on their menu. Not only did he listen attentively to our dietary needs, but he also took the initiative to have the kitchen create gluten-free BBQ sauce and coleslaw specifically for us. This level of dedication and personalized service truly impressed me. I highly commend the restaurant owner for their exceptional customer care and willingness to go the extra mile. Scott takes the "We Feed Everyone" very seriously.
