The gluten-free crust is like a cauliflower GF crust...it was good and I didn’t get sick (they seem very knowledgeable regarding taking extra precautions). We got it to go, and I did need to cook it a bit more when we got back to the place we were staying...so I would definitely ask for it to be cooked “well-done” or “extra crispy.”
I love this place. They don't just use the same old Udi's crust that everyone else uses. It is actually like real pizza crust. And they have gluten-free pazookie.
I have wheat and dairy allergies. They made me a gluten free, dairy free pizza and salad. Yippe! A real treat for me!
GF pizza and pasta. They also have an amazing dessert called a fazookie - basically a huge fire-baked cookie with ice cream, that can be made gluten free as well. But you'll want to call ahead and ask if they have any.
