Review of Firehouse Subs

This location does offer gluten free bread but only in the "Medium" size.

I'm unsure if they use a different toaster when they make it "Hot" so cross-contamination is a possibility.

I would rate 5 stars if I wasn't diagnosed because their food is great. I am not 100% sure about their precautions.
