My go to firehouse. Really everyone I have been to is great but this one is esp good.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Half a dozen visits with the gluten free sandwich and it’s been amazing! Never any issues (very sensitive celiacs). Can’t get giant subs, only small or regular though. Still very good gluten free Schar’s bread

I used to order in store and they would ask if for an allergy, then prepare separately. I have ordered twice through the app now and both times came into the store while it was still being prepared, only to see them put my gf sub directly on the space they were working with all the other bread and using the same gloves, so I ended up throwing the sub away both times. Maybe okay if you order in store, but I wouldn't count on any precautions taken if ordered through the app.

Such yummy Gluten free bread, but restaurant location has unfortunately closed as of 11/23.

I've had good experiences at Firehouse shops in general and this location is no exception. Their GF bread is as good as I've found and they always leave the sandwich uncut and include a knife with the order so you can cut it yourself. I feel very safe eating here and I think their sandwiches are very good.
