After speaking with staff members last week I made my first visit here today. Staff was accommodating and made me a sandwich on a GF Schar roll. The roll and sub were good and I had no issues. Very happy with the experience and plan on going again.

Excellent food and no problems for me.

The sub I got was Turkey Bacon Ranch. I got it on gluten free bread. (I’m gluten intolerant) the food was wonderful and I’d definitely get it again! I didn’t have a reaction to gluten there.

I've had good luck at Firehouse ordering a GF turkey bacon ranch sub. They ask if I have an allergy and change their gloves.

I visited this location today and the person who waited on me began preparing my sub on a bread crumb covered cutting board and used the same knife he had used for regular bread and then put the gf bun in the toaster right on the shared grate. When I said something to him, he had no idea about protocol and another worker informed me that the owner told them they don’t have to do anything special anymore for GF orders. They kindly refunded my money, but I won’t go back. Definitely use caution if you order from here.
