Review of Firehouse Subs

Asked if they had gf, they said «yes, for now.» So it seems the gf bread will be off their menu in the future. I was a bit sceptical as they use the same place to make gf as everything else, but the lady who prepared my food was very careful and told me she had put the dressing on the side, since they couldn’t guarantee that it hadn’t been cross contaminated. The sub was tasty and I didn’t get sick. Not sure I would order from them again though.
