Review of Firehouse Subs

I’ve eaten here multiple times and have never had an issue. They always ask if it’s an allergy or preference and state that they take extra precaution with allergies (celiac). I’m pretty sensitive, so I’m grateful that I can eat here! There is a warning label on the box that does indicate it’s not a completely safe environment, however. It’s a sandwich shop, so of course there is gluten everywhere. Knock on wood, they’ve always been very careful with my orders. Make sure to tell them when you order!

The gluten-free sub bread is actually really good. Very soft!
