Best gf sandwich I’ve ever had. Never gotten sick or even slightly upset from eating here.
They now offer gluten free rolls (Scharr ciabatta rolls) and seem fairly knowledgable about gluten friendly practices (changing gloves, etc.) I've eaten here several times and have not gotten sick.
My husband made sure that the person making my sandwich changed his gloves and wiped down the counter. The bread was in a sealed bag and it was nice soft roll. The sandwich ingredients all tasted fresh. Chose not to get it toasted since the conveyer belt toaster did not look at all safe. Would definitely go back
