Review of Firehouse Subs

THE BEST GLUTEN FREE BREAD I'VE EVER TASTED! Better than jersey mikes and the countless other places that serve those hard SYSCO consolation prize buns. It's not crumbly or chalky at all. It was very similar to a cross between white and wheat. So soft. Beyond that, Firehouse has always been amazing for me. I'm Gluten Friendly, so can't comment on potential contamination. The only issue I saw that some items are not offered with a GF bun option online. I suspect it is because the protein may not be GF.
