Review of Firehouse Subs

Asked if they had gluten free just to see what they would say. I always gauge a restaurant by this question and the reaction I get. They gave me a blank stare and said bread. Also proceeded to say nothing else was gluten free. Now, the meats may be gf, but based on their reply, I didn’t trust them to build a sub for me. I ate a bag of baked lays. So for that they get one star.
