There are so many better sandwich shops - I recommend Jersey mikes over this place any day. Their options aren’t that tasty and when I went I was given regular bread after I specified gluten free. When I went into the store to have it made correctly, they not only questioned whether I asked for gluten free and had me wait about 5-10mins while they went through their system to see how it was ordered on their end. Really poor customer service and I never went back.

This was my first time eating at any firehouse subs and my husband and I were both surprised at how good it was. I need gluten free, but my husband doesn’t. We shared a sub. My husband thought the sub bread was excellent. We will be going there again

The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They take every precaution and I've never had any ill effects from eating over there. They have the best gluten free bread as well.

They advertise that they have gluten free buns, but they haven’t carried them in almost a year now. So the only option is a salad

We are GF and DF. We usually get sandwiches without cheese on the Schar GF Bun. In the past this location has always noted our allergy and have been very careful preparing our food. But last week when we ordered, they informed me that they have been unable to get the GF bread and do not know when they will be getting it again. We decided to get the sandwich meat in a take out bowl and took it home where we had our bread. It was delicious and definitely hit the spot.

Never gotten sick here. They use Schar sub rolls. So so good. One of my go to quick lunch spots!

I stopped in and while staff was very nice they didn’t have any GF bread. Apparently there was a recall on the bread so they aren’t sure how long until they will have more. I’m not going to doc the rating for this. Just wanted to inform anyone planning to go so you can call ahead of time.

I’ve been in town two more times this year. And as of 8/26/24 they still don’t have GF bread.
