Review of Firehouse Subs

They put the gluten free bun next to a sheet bun….and they were touching as they went through the toaster.

Then they put the gluten free bun on the counter they just dressed the wheat bun, and used the same utensils to spread mayo and cut the sandwich. Was unwilling to risk what was clearly going to be a cross contaminated sandwich.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not Much/None

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?
