Review of Firehouse Subs

I've been eating here frequently. They have a gluten free bun option. I always get the Italian. Some staff acknowledge when I say I have a gluten allergy and would like to prevent cross contamination, but I never see them actually take those precautions. But I haven't got sick here so I still go back. The gluten free sandwich is always delicious.
