We got a gluten free sub, but the staff took *zero* precautions against cross contamination. They cut the bread on a surface full of crumbs, using the same knife as regular bread, and without changing gloves. The bread is gluten free but you can't actually eat anything if you're celiac or gluten sensitive. Stay away.

Excellent food and no problems for me.
The sub I got was Turkey Bacon Ranch. I got it on gluten free bread. (I’m gluten intolerant) the food was wonderful and I’d definitely get it again! I didn’t have a reaction to gluten there.

I've had good luck at Firehouse ordering a GF turkey bacon ranch sub. They ask if I have an allergy and change their gloves.

I visited this location today and the person who waited on me began preparing my sub on a bread crumb covered cutting board and used the same knife he had used for regular bread and then put the gf bun in the toaster right on the shared grate. When I said something to him, he had no idea about protocol and another worker informed me that the owner told them they don’t have to do anything special anymore for GF orders. They kindly refunded my money, but I won’t go back. Definitely use caution if you order from here.
