Good. They had gluten free buns and changed gloves.
We keep checking in, but they seem to have stopped carrying gluten free rolls. Disappointing. Only other options are for salads.
Our party was turned away. The lady frustratingly said they cannot accommodate allergen concerns when they are busy. Our party made up about half of the customers in the restaurant.
They took precautions while making my sandwich on gf bread. Due to the nature of the establishment there is still a high risk of contamination.
Wonderful gluten free sub. While it is prepared in areas that have gluten- workers change their gloves and instruments when handling the bread. They do not cut the sub to avoid cross contamination. There has never been a time where I have gotten sick and I have celiac.
