Firehouse Subs

The gluten free Schar bun is INCREDIBLE! As much as I love Jersey Mikes the UDI sub roll is so thick sometimes it’s hard to taste the meats and cheeses on it. Schar is thinner yet holds together even with the hot subs. I got the Beef and Cheddar hot sub and it was fantastic and I have no feelings of being glutened today.(for whatever that’s worth).

Had a honey ham & Swiss on the Schar roll. Was great and a couple hours later and I’m feeling good so I would call this a win.

I have eaten their gf sandwiches consistently & I love them. You can’t order it on the app, so delivery or pick up isn’t an option, but going in store is. Really good. My friend has celiac and we both eat there often when we’re craving a sub!
