Review of Firehouse Subs

Most firehouse subs offer schar rolls and schar is my favorite brand of gluten-free bread. they are light and fluffy and AMAZING. I can’t guarantee that cross contamination won’t happen so if you have celiacs I would suggest asking them to change gloves or make it in the back if they are able to. I love firehouse. best sub place i’ve found with gluten free options
