Review of Firehouse Subs

I have a decently bad gluten sensitivity. I love firehouse subs gluten free buns! They are soft and have a great texture. I've eaten there many times and have never gotten sick. My go to is the build your own turkey sub. The only thing I'd say is that not all locations offer gluten free bread.
