Review of Firehouse Subs

I visited for the first time, and was pleased with my options for eating gluten-free. I was told anything on the menu would be gluten-free, if ordered with the GF roll. I was asked if it was “preference or allergy” (Celiac=allergy), so I’m glad they know to take extra precaution for those of us who don’t have a choice in the matter. I did notice that one of their “limited time” offerings listed an ingredient that did in fact contain gluten, so I’m glad I didn’t order that. I enjoyed my meal and didn’t have any ill effects afterward.
