Review of Firehouse Subs

When I order, the staff is very knowledgeable, and they stop everything they do and completely clean down to make mine gluten free. The bread they use is my favorite bread to this day. And if there is something that may cross contaminate, they go in the back and get fresh from there. It’s $2 more to get gluten free bread but they do a great job. Not sure why it;s $2 more when you can buy the actual prepackaged bread from them for $1 each. They also have great salads to go with it.Also, almost every single thing they have can be gluten free.
