Review of Firehouse Subs

I was craving a sandwich and heard firehouse now has a gluten free roll. It was very soft to the touch but the texture while eating it was a little rough but it overall fulfilled my craving and I enjoyed it. I will say this place may not be for someone with celiac because when I order they said they can’t guarantee a gluten free work space. It’s a bummer they can’t be more accommodating with that. Sounded like they don’t want to even try.
