Allergy Friendly for this gluten, soy, and dairy allergy!!!

They do not have an allergen menu, as their menu changes often with the special of the day, but our waiter knew details about every piece on their menu. Also, each of the 3 stations has items marked "gf" for gluten-free. The waiter walked me by each of the 3 stations and explained where the hidden gluten or dairy is, and it wasn't in much - mostly the obvious things like breads or cream chowder. And as for soy, he said it's not on their menu at all - no soy in the whole restaurant!! When I said I was also concerned with the dessert table having the fruit (which I can eat) next to the cookies and breads (and me being Celiac, cannot have a crumb of cross-contamination), the waiter went in the back and made up a plate of fruit for me. I ate a ton and it was delicious!!!

Fireside Dining is one of the most popular places to eat in Park City, AND it’s incredibly gluten free friendly! They brought me gluten free bread (albeit, weird texture) and a gluten free cookie for dessert. But as you visit the different food stations, menus are marked with symbols for what is gluten free. And nearly 90% of what they serve is gluten free! No reaction and I’m a very sensitive celiac.
