No GF menu. Called in advance. Host said the kitchen staff is knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. When ordering, server's handheld electronic device had options for gluten allergy. He said he would speak to chefs about changing gloves and using clean utensils. I ordered the Apple Fennel Salad. No issues.
This is a throwback to the Golden Age of Midwest Taverns. A lot of Midwest comfort food options. There are a few things to order that are naturally gluten free. Don't order anything from the fryer. I would call in advance to make sure current staff has GF knowledge. My Minnesota Mule drink was awesome. Staff was very friendly. My gluten-eating friends loved their food.
