Similar to other fast-fired, build-your-own pizza chains. Staff was aware of celiac needs and offered help in deciding safer options, but unsure of gluten content in toppings. Crust was stored separately and cooked on a tin. Good flavor, but slightly undercooked due to the pan underneath. Certainly not recommended for anyone with high sensitivity.
