Review of FireWorks Restaurant

The gluten free menu denotes what is shared in non-gf-dedicated fryer. Staff were somewhat knowledgeable about making preparations/accommodations for Celiac, but I had to prompt them for each menu item (no croutons, how is fish cooked, etc.) I ordered fish tacos without tortillas, which came out in lettuce wraps. This is my in-laws go to place, and the food is good - but if I had my choice, I’d pick somewhere else to ensure I have a safe prepped meal.
