Great gluten free buns and burgers! No dedicated fryer, unfortunately, but the side salads are fresh and they have a good selection of dressings available.

Their staff is very knowledgeable about how to make their menu items Celiac Friendly. Burgers cooked on clean area of grill, no croutons on salads, and lots of side items and soups that are GF. Sadly their fries aren’t cooked in dedicated fryer, but I prefer their Burger Salads to their fries anyways.

Their fryer is not separate for French fries. I am sorry but I don’t see the point in going to a place with expensive fancy burgers if I can’t enjoy fries with it.

Really amazing gluten free buns, have eaten here multiple times with no problems. I have celiac disease and have no complaints (except make sure to ask for no croutons if you get salad).
