Review of First Watch

Does not take allergens seriously at all. Served a GF dish with gluten containing bread in the bowl as a side. Told the waitress I cannot eat that, she came back 5 mins later and I said I can’t eat that plate I need a new one and she claimed it to be a new plate and said she “grabbed the wrong one from the rack”. There was literally still gluten containing bread crust in my dish. She never returned to the table. I ate the other half of the food and got sick immediately.
