There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Explained to our waiter Miquel that I was Celiac and also had Alpha-Gal (he was excellent). He made sure that I did not have any CC. The fried eggs, grits, potatoes turkey sauage gravy(which is GF) along with the GF bread was absolutely amazing. Would recommend.

I ate here today. I asked for a gluten free menu and was given a nutrition menu to download. The menu had gluten or wheat under almost everything because toast or bread was involved. It was impossible to know if any other ingredients had gluten. I was left with the menu to download. Finally I spoke to the manager. He said it was a corporate decision to not mark on the menu what could be made gluten free. There were 2 items that stated gluten free. I asked about a specialty item that was gluten free but had to speak to him to determine this. He did comp my lunch and was cordial. I explained that if a corporation made it that difficult that I would be eating where the menu is marked. They made it too difficult to eat here. I was not glutened. I ordered shrimp and grits. It was a miserable lunch that made me feel like a weirdo for asking to protect my health.

My waitress asked if the request for no gluten was a preference or allergy. I informed her of having celiac . This is not a dedicated gluten-free restaurant so they CAN NOT guarantee against cross contamination. The cook did however made sure to change gloves an cook my food in separate plans. He did not toast my gluten free bread to lower the risk of cross contamination.

It was a bit disappointing. I appreciate that they have GF bread and they offer a QR code on menu for those with dietary issues. Scanned code and basically EVERYTHING on the menu has wheat. What I don’t know and the waitress was really no help…is if the wheat was merely in the bread or was it in the actual dish. I ended up with 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon and a piece of gf toast. I had no gluten reaction so I’ll take it as a win. Just wish restaurants were more informed of their food.
