I have celiac disease and eat here weekly. I feel they generally handle it well here and the staff has enough training. I don't do the gluten free toast or bread because they don't have a dedicated gluten free toaster; they can put it on the griddle but I just prefer to not have it. I love the omelets and skillet hash bowls. There are also gluten free quinoa bowls. Look at the allergen guide. The maple syrup is not gluten free, nor is the chorizo.
