Review of First Watch

I used to visit this location all the time but then they removed their gluten-free toaster. Not a deal breaker but was a bit of a red flag in my mind. The last time I visited I told the waiter I was Celiac and that my meal (a naturally gluten-free dish) needed to be gluten-free and I didn’t want any bread. My meal was brought out with regular ciabatta bread on the plate. I sent this back (stressed again that even crumbs can make me sick) and 5 minutes later the same dish came back, only now minus the bread. At this point I don’t feel safe eating anything there and can not recommend it to other Celiacs.
