Review of First Watch

I got glutened. I told the waiter my food needs to be gluten free. He brought out regular toast on the plate next to the bowl with the rest of the food which was also on the plate. I asked if it was gluten free toast he said no. He took back the food and returned with the same food. I knew I should not have ate it but I did. And now glutened.

They do have a dedicated gluten free toaster according to the waiter.

They are somewhat knowledgeable about gluten but need better execution.
