Had several tasty breakfasts with no issues while visiting Austin. Had the ham and Gruyère omelet with potatoes and GF toast. Server informed me that the butter they would use for the toast would not be GF, which seemed weird, but I’m glad she knew that and warned me so I could skip it. Not a GF kitchen but I’m celiac and had no issues. Would eat here again.
