I spoke with a waitress regarding gluten free options and risk for cross contamination. She went on to say that there is lots of cc, but shes served celiacs who mentioned how intolerant they are and they didn't have any issue. She goes on to roll her eyes a laugh about celiacs who have no problem with all of the cc. Red flags everywhere. phoned manager to notify her to hopefully have her staff reeducated.
