Review of First Watch

I want so pleased with my time here. They really take gluten allergies seriously. They gave me a disclaimer that they can’t promise anything will be guaranteed gluten free but they made the effort to eliminate cross contamination as much as they could (changing gloves, separate toaster, cleaning surfaces,etc.). I did not suffer from any symptoms while I ate there. (I had the traditional)
