Review of First Watch

The menu identifies items that are "GF-friendly". I ordered the traditional breakfast (that's what the menu calls it) with ham and replaced the bread with GF bread for an extra dollar. I've eaten here four times now and never had a problem. Our waitress seemed knowledgeable about GF concerns.
