A hole in the wall restaurant. Not very clean. Had halibut and chips, supposed to be gluten free, but obviously was not. I had a rough night. Beware

Five stars is something I rarely give places, but this place was fantastic! Quickly seated, we were served the most delicious poutine Ive ever had, great deep fried fish with the lightest/crunchiest breading Ive ever eaten, the coleslaw was inspired, and the dill aoli was perfect. The best part, it was all gluten free!!!! I am always super nervous to go out to eat, and Fish on Fifths wait staff was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. If I lived here, I would come back again.

The food was great, I had the gluten-free fish & chips. If you want take-out, you have to order online though because you can’t call the restaurant because the phone number they have listed doesn’t work… nevertheless, their online menu is easy to navigate and pretty user friendly so I took the chance. I didn’t get sick, and the portions were generous.

Went in for lunch with friends on way to the ferry. Everyone's food was great and hot. Knowledgeable about gluten free. Glad we stopped!

Very knowledgeable about celiac disease, the server made sure to double check whether or not certain things on the menu were gluten free or not.

We ordered the haddock fish and chips and it was delicious! But please be aware that other appetizers like the claim strips and calamari are not gluten free.

The staff were knowledgeable (and confident about their processes!!). It was a stress-free menu and ordering process. The staff even specified gluten free when the food was delivered! What a nice dining experience for a celiac.

Great gf fish and chips, one of the best we have had. Fries and fish are all gf. The batter is made with bobs red mill gf blend for all. Nice and fresh, batter is light and fluffy. Our whole family enjoyed.
