Review of FOOW - Fish Out of Water

Was informed all fried food was gluten free and almost all items on menu safe. Ordered fried shrimp (banger shrimp), fried grouper, and kids chicken tenders. Tested with Nima gluten sensor and all tested positive for gluten. Didn’t try due to usually Nima sensor being correct and if we eat it bothers my husbands stomach.

Manager stated they have certified gluten free rice flour they use with a separate frier.

Tested blacked grouper tacos with cole slaw that they said they could not guarantee it was gluten free due to the corn tortilla. It tested negative for gluten.
